Love

Love..  it is something which cannot be quantified. It is something which cant be expressed in word but shown by ones act or gestures. The best way to know what you love the most is by closing your eyes and thing what you love and a picture pops up in your head and you  automatically smile just by its mear thought. It is one of those things which money cant buy.

The first thing that strikes our mind when we hear it is between a girl and a boy but what we fail to understand is that it can also be between a child and his parents, grandparents and their niece and nephews. It can also be between living thing and non living thing like man and money, man and nature, etc.

It is of two types one way or two way. The one between mother and her child is one sided fron mothers end. She loves her child no matter what he/she is or if he loves her or not. The one between gf & bf has to be 2 way for it to survive in the long run. Also ones love towards some things like money, sports is another example of one sided love.

It is one thing which all creature have common. Everyone in this world loves someone or something in his life. It my so happen that the love can decreased over a period of time but it does not mean that one stops loving. It can be transferred from one person/thing to the other.

Every coin has 2 sides so does love. People have committed suicides/ killed/blackmailed/remained depressed for days at stretch and whatnot because they could not achieve or get what they loved. But what they fail to understand is you cant force someone/ something to love you back. Also you cant get it by any hook or crook methods even though you get it by this method you cannot guarantee it will love you back. It does not mean that the ones who has got what they loved are happy for the rest of their life. You have to pay a price for it but the pain they go by in the process is worth it is what they believe in. The only remedy for all those who have been on the darker side of it is to forget it which is easier said than done but remember ''Time is a healer''. You may divert your attention to different things which you like the most or keep yourself busy till the pain subsides. Also keep one thing in mind ''Whatever happens it happens for your own good.'' No one in this world gets more than what he can handle in his life so be happy with what you have.

God

He is the ideal person which has the least number of faults in him. He is also called as the creator of the world. He is hope for many when there is none to lookout for help. Some feel that he resides in temples while some feel he is everywhere around us. Some feel that by visiting temple daily we can please him while others feel by doing their karma the right way they can please him.  There are also some who don't believe in the existence of god. According to me all are right at their points. Its because of the way they have been brought up or due to some experiences they had in their life they have this way of thinking.

The most typical time when most of us think or worship him is when we are in trouble and need his help, once that's done most of us again forget him . All those who worship his daily know that god is there to look after them and he will not let any bad thing affect them. If by any chance they are affected the good ones who believe in him from heart know that he is testing them and they need to be strong during this time and face it and those who cant curse him. During trouble one must first try from his end to resolve the issues and not ask god to help you completely because ''God helps those who help themselves.'' Some visit temple because they expect something in return from him while others dont. I believe they the ones who dont expect anything in return are the ideal bhakts.

Mankind has so many gods to worship to but what we fail to understand in all is that they say the same thing at the end of day. Love all, respect our elders, never lie, never cheat, be good to all, etc. These holy books were written to passon the same message to all of us in the language and culture we can understand it but due to some reasons we fight amongst ourselves to see who is the greatest of all. If god was alive he will also tell us that look at the message all religions say rather than fight amongst ourselves to see who is bigger and better.

The temples that we build for gods are now used as money earning machines by few. The rich or poor pay money/food/jewel/other as per their standard thinking they did a great deed but that's not the case to be. If they instead used the same money to help someone really in need then it may be more helpful. Afterall god resides in every living as well as non living thing. Always keep one rule of god in mind that ''What you give you get it back in return in multiples.'' So always be good and do good deeds else we will have to pay. Sometime it so happens that we dont pay it in short run but in long run it does affects us.

One Minute Manager

The One Minute Manager reveals three secrets to productive and efficient managing as told through a young man's search for the perfect managing and leading skills. The One Minute Manager is focused on, not surprisingly, a one minute manager. The man is a venerable leader that is highly spoken of by his employees, his three secrets being the key to his success.
The first secret is One Minute Goals. This involves a meeting of the manager and the employee where goals are agreed on, written down in a brief statement, and occasionally reviewed to ensure that productivity is occurring. This whole process takes a "minute", which truly means it is a quick meeting, however it is not limited to just sixty seconds. The purpose of one minute goal setting is to confirm that responsibilities of each working is understood, understanding that confusion leads to inefficiency and discouragement.
The second secret to one minute managing is one minute praisings. This involves being open with people about their performance. When you catch someone doing something right, a goal of the one minute manager, you praise them immediately, telling them specifically what they did correctly. Pause to allow them to "feel" how good you feel regarding their importance to the organization, and finish by shaking hands.
The third secret is the one minute reprimand. Being honest with those around you involves reprimanding when a wrong has occurred. The first step is to reprimand immediately and specifically. This is the same as the second secret, and it holds an important aspect of the first secret: it enables an understanding of responsibilities and how to complete them correctly. Following the reprimand, shake hands and remind the person that he or she is important and it was simply their performance that you did not like. The one minute reprimand consists of the reprimand and the reassurance, both being equally important. If you leave the latter out, you will not be liked by those around you and they will attribute mistakes to them being worth less, which is far from the truth.

I want to have 6+ foot as height

I hope after reading this article no person will ever dream of have a height like me ever in their life again

Reasons

Before I was born doctors said to my mother that there would be twins but it turned out to be one single boy with the size and weight of two(in those days sonography was not there)
After I was born people considered me to be 2 months child rather than a day old..
When I went to school many of my colleagues had never seen such a tall classmate used to ask me how many times did you fail in class..(kamine jaise ki tu har baar class me first ata tha)
When I shifted from Bhandup to Kalyan , I was in my Second Standard due to my height teachers felt that the students in the class would be frightened of me and always used to appoint me as the Monitor(though they used to have more fun and trouble others when I was around)
When I was in my 6th I used to travel with my mother in ladies, one day a man came running to ladies and said, "Hey, you are traveling in the wrong compartment ? Men’s travel in the adjacent compartment. It took him some time to realize about whom he was commenting."(I felt udhar hi mai usko eye specialist ke pass le jayo)
I also joined the Karate class when I was in 7th standard the lady trainer always used to ask me to fight(practice) with her as I matched her height while others were practicing among themselves.(poor me had to take hard blows from the trainer while my colleague used to have softer opponents)
As years rolled by my problems increased rather than decreasing..
People talked with me like I am a Father of 2 children and demanded my mind to run like a gentleman and not like a kid of 16-17 yrs old
I had to tell them that I am just 16/17 yrs old and not 23/25 yrs old
When I was reaching the point of 6+ height the real problem started
In Basketball game we were barred from playing in our school as our hands can reach greater heights so we would tilt/break the basket by our bare hands and rendered it useless(B*****d)
Last in the in the assembly line as it is in ascending order(waste of time as I had to wait till all the other students move forward)
When I traveled through the train and I am standing in the passageway of the train the handle above our head used to touch my forehead thus as the train picked up speed the handled used to sway in all directions and my head used to enjoy the massage provided by the Steel rods from left right in a rhythm..(sala lagta tha kab train rukegi aur kab mai isse bahar niiklunga)
When I sat in taxi there was no great relief, the seat behind the driver is the one I used to get always and here my legs used to touch the seat of the driver with no gap. So when he applied the breaks my knees also used to feel the pressure(rash drivers are more dangerous)
When I sat in the rickshaw there is a rod on the top end of the roof where the passengers sit used to hit my head very hard when there was a bumper up ahead or a pothole(the new rickshaw now have greater height as compared to the earlier ones)
When I enter a house the entrance of it is meant only for 5 1/2 feet people so if I accidentally don’t watch and walk there is always a bang that my head has to go through(those were the old construction)
If I think of driving a car the old fashioned cars which have no adjustable drivers seat render me useless (the only way I can drive is by sitting in a hunch back position)
Lets move to clothing...
The readymade pants that are available in stores do not fit either my waist or my height(if it fits my height the waist size would be so big that if my waist increases two fold then only I can fit in)
Same goes for shirts (The size that are made for me are always in the XL range while I fit in L range so people say how thin u r ,b*****ds)
But now they have understood the customer very well and make clothes accordingly (Thank god)
The nightmare does not end here when ever I go out to buy shoes of my size there are none , its like after searching 100 stores we find 1 which has THE size with no colors choice to choose from.
One such incident happened where our school teacher said to us that we need to wear black shoes from next week and we had gone out of town for a week so I could not search extensively. So the day I went to school I said to him ke the stores that I went to did not have the size of shoes which could fit my legs. He gave me an stunning answer"Jaise ke sari jute banane wale Company band ho gaye hai"(Laga ke use 100 juto ki dukano me lejakar batou ke sahi me 10 no ke jute jada log nahi rakhete hai tab jake uski akal thikane ati)
After my graduation I joined the company named AVAYA, the worst mistake of my life (u may wonder why)
Let me explain, the people from my native place started visiting our residence very often(there were some whom I have never heard or seen in my life) reason "MARRIAGE"(bijli giri bhago..)
Though I was not ready, also my parents were not ready but the society was willing to accept me as their Son-in-Law(maki jaise koi dusra bali ka bakra nahi mila hai to jo mile uspe sare tootte hai waise hua mera)
People started coming to visit our relative for marriage proposals and ask my parents for .....(B******d)
The typical reason one of my neighbor gave me is "Get married till I am alive so that I give u both blessing and live to see ur children"(jaise ke use bacche hi nahi hai)
Also some suggestions are "U need to start looking for the wife from an early age as she should have the same height as u have"(jaise ki height hi sab kuch hota hai)

A few advantages are like this(If they are considered by u as advantages)

People don’t need to call me and check where I am standing in the crowded area typical reason(jiska sir sari bheed me bhi dikhta hai wo SAGAR)
When there is no ladder around I am the one who is summoned to get the job done(Hamal, padhai ki jarurat nahi accha dhanda hai)
When we play Cricket I am the on standing at the boundry line as I can cover longer area so always used to be the one blamed if a 4/6 is hit by the opposition(jaise ke mai superman hi hu na use pakad sakta hu)
Many people envy u when u walk straight along the street hoping they had the same height as I did along with the killer looks (from both the sex)
People recognize u as Lambu and not by ur name(finally famous)
U may never be rejected by a girl due ur personality (If she has fascination for tall people)

Sorry if some bodies sentiments are hurt..
